C. Payment data

Payment data is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.). We do not have access to payment card numbers.

Processing and delivery of your order (creating the song, sending it by e-mail).
Issuing and sending the tax document (invoice).
Communicating with you regarding the order and support.
Operating and improving the web platform.
Fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, taxes).
Protecting our legitimate interests (resolving disputes, recovering receivables).
Processing customer ratings and issuing the rating reward (discount coupon).

V. Retention period

Buyer data: For 10 years from the last business relationship (Accounting Act).
Visitor data: For 13 months (analytics cookies) or until consent is withdrawn.
Marketing data: Until consent is withdrawn.
Rating data: Published ratings until the publication consent is withdrawn; unpublished ratings for 12 months from submission.

VI. Data recipients

We may pass your personal data to the following recipients:

Stripe – payment gateway (payment processing).
Suno AI – music generation (only the text prompt, no personal data).
Hosting provider – operation of the web platform.
Accounting software – bookkeeping.
State authorities – in the case of a legal obligation (tax office, court).

Communication takes place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
