1. The seller may operate a referral programme, in which a registered user (the referrer) receives a personal link to share. The reward for a successful referral is always a discount coupon for the next purchase — the reward is not paid in money or in any other form and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Discount coupons from the programme are personal (tied to a specific account or e-mail), single-use, time-limited and non-transferable. The referrer's entitlement to the reward arises only after the protection period from the payment of the referred customer's order has elapsed.
3. If the payment of the referred customer's order is refunded, the entitlement to the reward ceases and any unused coupon already issued will be deactivated.
4. The seller reserves the right to withdraw the reward in the event of abuse of the programme (in particular referring oneself, creating purpose-built accounts or otherwise circumventing the rules) and the right to change or terminate the programme at any time; coupons already issued remain valid until the end of their validity.
1. After the goods are delivered, the seller may invite the buyer to rate the services provided by sending an e-mail containing a secure single-use link to the rating form. Submitting a rating is always voluntary; the buyer has no obligation to rate.
2. As a thank-you for submitting a rating, the buyer receives a discount coupon for the next purchase. The coupon is personal, single-use, time-limited and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The entitlement to the coupon arises at the moment the rating is successfully submitted.
3. The buyer may grant consent to the publication of the rating (stars, text comment and name in abbreviated form: first name and initial of the surname) on the platform. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition for submitting the rating or receiving the reward. The buyer may withdraw consent at any time by e-mail to info@songlab.cz; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
4. Ratings are subject to moderation by the seller. The seller is entitled not to publish ratings that violate legal regulations or good morals, contain defamatory or false statements, or appear to be manifestly abusive.
5. The seller reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rating programme at any time; coupons already issued remain valid until the end of their validity.
